Ingredients

  • 2 green onions, sliced, plus extra for garnish
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup mild buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese, plus extra for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and ranch seasoning, whisking in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, chopped purple onion, buffalo sauce, sliced green onions, and crumbled blue cheese into the bowl.
  3. Mix everything thoroughly until the chicken is fully coated and all ingredients are blended well.
  4. Sprinkle with extra blue cheese and green onion slices on top as a garnish if desired.
