Description

Try this fruity twist on the traditional with these Blueberry Caprese Skewers with mozzarella pearls, fresh basil,ย and balsamicย vinegar drizzle.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8oz package mozzarella pearls
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 12-15 fresh basil leaves
  • balsamic vinegar
  • toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Cut basil into 1/4 inch strips diagonally.
  2. Layer ingredients onto toothpick: mozzarella pearl, blueberry, basil folded accordion style, mozzarella pearl
  3. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.

Notes

Skewers can be made up 4-6 hours ahead of time and drizzled with balsamic vinegar at time of serving. Store tightly wrapped in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
