White Chocolate Blondies
We have family visiting us here in England right now and I always like to stock up on sweets when we have guests so I whipped up a fast batch of these White Chocolate Blondies to share.
I love blondies as a fun change from brownies-the hint of caramel flavor with the white chocolate chips is just heavenly. My husband says they remind him of macadamia nut cookies (without the nuts of course!)
They’re so easy to make and like most of my recipes, there are no fussy ingredients-you might already have everything you need in the pantry!
Just a warning on these-the batter will be thick, thick, thick. It’s okay-I promise! Just spread it the best you can!
White Chocolate Blondie Ingredients
- light brown sugar
- butter
- eggs
- vanilla extract
- salt
- baking powder
- flour
- white chocolate chips
How to Make White Chocolate Blondies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 by 12 baking dish with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray
With a mixer cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes. Add eggs, vanilla, salt and baking powder and mix thoroughly. Stir in flour and mix until uniform. Fold in chocolate chips.
Spread batter in baking dish (batter will be very thick!) Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool 10 minutes before slicing.

- 12 oz bag white chocolate chips
